Jean Georges Beverly Hills by Pierre Yves Rochon – BEVERLY HILLS
As the first West Coast venture for the highly acclaimed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Jean-Georges Beverly Hills opened with much fanfare. Since June 2017, it’s quickly become the new must-have reservation to obtain with a “who’s who” dining scene.
You might catch a glance of the world-famous culinary giant in the dining room. But since Vongerichten has an empire of restaurants around the world to oversee, you’ll most likely meet the man who carries out his vision with precision — French executive chef Steve Benjamin, formerly of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas.
Decorated in bright white furnishings and calming kelly- and lime-green fauna accents, the restaurant has mastered fine-dining opulence with a laid-back, California-cool undertone. It’s no wonder the design is flawless — famed designer Pierre-Yves Rochon curated every last detail, down to the Bernardaud china with a chartreuse-colored trim.

Amara by Meyer Davis – MIAMI
Amara restaurant is warm, natural and inviting; drawing from an effortless & vibrant local beach community with whitewashed paneling, natural woods, graphic concrete tiles captured by huge windows displaying amazing views. It has all Meyer Davis inspirations!
Meyer Davis’ favorite aspect of the project is the blurred lines between the interior/exterior divide. The location on the Bay offers up spectacular views and provides a great environment for entertaining amongst this vibrant community – this space needed to provide the perfect backdrop to that. On both levels, large windows provide unobstructed access to the views, and large doors pull back to further remove the divide between the two spaces. The furniture concept was consistent; extending throughout both environments – inviting pieces that offered an effortless, comfortable immersion into space.
The environment had a direct influence over the materials in play, as well as the detailing. Large-scale, bold moves are balanced with an approachable and inviting material palette. Natural finishes are contrasted with accents of color and pattern in a range of textures. The approachable palette & engagement with the direct environment aids in fostering the effortless gathering hub for the community at large.
Bellemore by Studio K Design – Chicago

The luxury restaurant design behind the restaurant mimics the essence of a grand manner but created with contemporary elegance. The restaurant interior decor feels grandiose with a high ceiling but is warm and inviting, with a bold color palette paired with warm wood tones throughout. There are columns which are clad in a dimensional white-washed chevron wood and cast beautiful shadows from the spotlights that surround them.
The floor plan circulates around a grand centralized server station, dressed with large-scale seasonal floral arrangements from a local floral designer. Chandeliers throughout the space are a custom creation with bistro globes interwoven into a brass floral weave design.
